Brighton & Hove Friends of the Earth is the local Friends of the Earth group in this vibrant city, but we often get involved in issues covered by the Greater Brighton area or the World Biosphere.

We have campaigned for many years on issues ranging from park and ride to the Newhaven incinerator, the South Downs National Park, planning, bees, air pollution, climate change and most recently were heavily involved in the successful bid to get the area designated as a World Biosphere.  Plus much much more…

At the last elections in May 2015, we produced our own manifesto for the city, which outlines many of the issues that we campaign on locally:
