Internal Units
Within the Fraternal Order of Eagles exists our Internal Units, which are clubs-within-a-club designed to allow an outlet for members with similar interests to gather in the spirit of fraternalism. Current Internal Units include Eagle Riders, Retired Eagles Activities Club (REAC), the Under-35 Club and the Junior Order of Eagles.
Eagle Riders
There’s nothing quite like enjoying the freedom of the open road.
Eagle Riders, an internal unit of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, is dedicated to uniting the organization’s spirit of People Helping People with a love of motorcycles. Across the United States and Canada, thousands of dollars are raised each month by Eagle Riders groups holding poker runs, toy runs, fundraisers and casual rides to help make a difference in their commuinities.
Open exclusively to male and female members of the F.O.E., Eagle Riders provides a safe and responsible riding experience the whole family can enjoy. With every dollar raised and every friend or neighbor helped, the Eagle Riders name becomes increasingly synonymous with community service and philanthropy.
Become a member of the F.O.E. today and hit the road with the Eagle Riders as we change the face of charitable riding.

How To Start An Eagle Riders
Find a handful of interested aerie and/or auxiliary members to get things started.
- The Aerie must amend their by-laws to allow for the formation of an Eagle Riders Group.
- Upon amendment, contact your state coordinator to set-up a presentation meeting in your aerie.
- Advertise the presentation meeting within the aerie and/or auxiliary and to the general public, i.e. (newsletter, bulletin, fliers, etc.) Have interested Eagle members bring non-member friends.
- Hold meetings.
- First meeting: conduct a “meet and greet”, establish date and time of regular meetings, and nominate officers.
- Second meeting: elect officers, fill out applications, determine cost of, and pay dues.
- Third meeting: establish group by-laws and ride rules.
- Fourth meeting and on: conduct ride group business (picking charities, planning rides, etc.)

Under-35 Club
Younger members have the option to begin an Under-35 Club, utilizing events and activities which appeal to their demographic in an effort to raise money for charity and draw in outside members of the community with a shared interest in helping others.
Junior Order of Eagles
The key to building a success membership organization is awareness. Through the Junior Order of Eagles, our members teach community youth the values of teamwork, organization, philanthropy and more. J.O.E.’s operate much like our traditional Aeries and Auxiliaries and are led by an adult sponsor who guides them along. These groups typically assist by serving food at Aerie/Auxiliary functions and holding fundraisers for community organizations which target youth.
